I had an excellent experience with this pest control company! We discovered a squirrel getting into our attic and they responded very quickly. On the first visit, they confirmed evidence of the squirrel and promptly scheduled a follow-up to set a trap. When they came back, they actually saw the squirrel, called it over, and impressively caught it with their bare hands! They also repaired the entry point, set a precautionary trap just in case, and returned within a couple of days to follow up. Their speed, professionalism, and thoroughness were outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest or animal control issues.

Received first treatment today. The tech did an awesome job. Had been using Orkin and wished I had switched a long time ago. Very professional crew and will answer the phone and assist in any way possible. They will also remove snakes. Big plus living in Oakridge. Give them a try you will not regret it.

Manner. Clean all the cobwebs etc from the outside structure, spray all around the exterior throughly, the dead bugs for several days after proved that.
Asked if i had any problems in aide the home. Placed rodent bait boxes in the garage at the door.

Earlier today, a Q36 employee named Colton came to my home to provide scheduled pest control service. Colton was superb! He did not hurry as he went about his inside and outside tasks, he seemed highly knowledgable as we talked about pests, and he was extremely kind as we discussed the cold weather and living in East Tennessee. Colton deserves a raise…or at least a pat on the back. He represents Q36 extremely well and makes me feel 100% convinced that I’m with the best pest control company in the Southeast!

My son stepped on a ground yellow jacket nest Monday night resulting in anaphylaxis. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced as a mom. I called the company Tuesday morning and they got out here the same day and got rid of the giant swarm of bees and their nest.

Bradley was so personable and knowledgeable! He explained why we were having an ant problem and what to do/ not do plus pointed out things I wasn’t even aware of.
Then recently, Drew took care of a rodent (ew!) problem we had, sealing places where they could get in and making sure they were definitely gone. This is a great company to work with. Very happy with their service.

Cody came to our house for the first time last week. Upon inspection, he noticed the termite stations were not the proper stations. I received a call the same day from Kim in the office and scheduled an appointment to have them replaced in less than a week. Kim was awesome to talk to, personable and very accommodating. Cody came to the house today and was not only polite and exceptionally personable, he was extremely professional, thorough, timely and very knowledgeable. In less than a couple of hours, all our stations were completely replaced and blended nicely with our landscape. I would absolutely recommend Q36 for all of your pest control needs. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10!!

We have been with Q36 (Formerally Star Pest Control) for around 5 years since we moved into our home. We have woods behind us and lots of insects and such. Zack Yassu has been the best and most humble person I have ever met. He is so curteious and professional and ALWAYS take time to answer my questions. Any time we need him, he is always there. His brother Tony has been a welcomed addition too. These guys are great and Tony has been equally as professional.
Kadee is so wonderful. She is such a warm and friendly voice to the team and I know that this company will only succeed to a much larger group.
Q36 is by far the most resonable and reliable group out there.
I am not sure about the negative reviews as I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. They come by monthly and always let me know when service is scheduled and gives me the opportunity to confirm and reschedule. They are top notch!

We have been using Zack as our Pest Control person for a few years now. Always does excellent work and never misses an appointment. Sometimes even able to do work sometimes sooner than requested. Very professional yet personable at the same time. Great quality, as an example he recently came and treated for ants in our kitchen and said would probably be 2 to 3 weeks before they were completely gone. They were gone in 2 days!!

Thought they were good because of the high rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were good in the beginning. Then started missing appointments but said that they came and I know they did not! Also charged my card an amount we didn’t agree on without my consent. They did refund after I asked but I was having trouble with some baby roaches and were told that that issue was under control that it was Waterbugs. I know what roaches are I’m not stupid. I’ve never had a company blatantly lie and treat their customers like they are liars. Since it’s family operated they stick close together and when one says he’s completed treatment then they all believe him. But not their customers… as you see she says I didn’t pay for my service but I have the texts and everything saying I’m paid up… so lies lies lies. And more lies

So happy we found this business! I had found a scorpion in my house and panicked, thinking I’d never find anyone to come spray quickly. Called Q36 Pest Control and the nicest lady answered, she explained prices and told me they could have me on the schedule the very next day! Zach was our technician, he was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing, answered all my questions which was a lot! My home was sprayed May 18th, have not seen a single live insect, and the wood bees are gone from my deck! We will be using them for any Pest problems that come up in the future for sure, and to spray regularly. If your looking for honest, professional people to get rid of any nasty pests, these are the right people!

I have used Q36 Pest Control for years now. They did my terminate inspection when I purchased my house and I never stopped using them! I am extremely happy with their customer service and work ethic! I never worry about pests in my house (and even some that were outside) because I know they take care of any unwanted visitors I may have. I love.that they come every month for the same cost as a quarterly pest service. I highly recommend them as your go to pest company!!
